Salaries are regularly benchmarked against the market so that remuneration at Campbell Arnott’s remains competitive and attractive. All packages are reviewed annually, with merit increases based on individual results and performance. Campbell Scholarship Program
For more than 40 years, the Campbell Soup Company has been recognising outstanding academic achievement among the children of employees through the Campbell Scholarship Program. Each year, an independent panel selects scholarship winners from around the world, based on academic achievement, community service, and demonstrated leadership, providing these winners with assistance towards their university tuition.
