1. What factors motivated your decision to join Campbell Arnott’s?
For me, it was about the opportunity to be a part of a leading brand as well as the potential rewards and challenges that come with joining a diverse and culturally rich workforce.
2. How do you feel valued at Campbell Arnott’s?
At Campbell Arnott’s, we have very strong performance and talent management processes. Through regular formal and informal feedback sessions as well as development discussions with my Manager, I feel that I am not just ‘filling a seat’, but rather building the foundations for a long-term career with Campbell Arnott’s.
3. How have you made a difference to our organisation in the past twelve months?
In my time at Campbell Arnott’s I have been lucky enough to work on some exciting and challenging projects including running a recruitment campaign for a brand new, $40 million dollar production line. For this particular campaign, we were able to hit our recruitment targets ahead of schedule, allowing more time for training and development for our new recruits.
4. Which of Campbell Arnott’s icon brands would you like a lifetime supply of?
My favourite biscuit would have to be Orange Slice, not only because I am fiercely loyal to our Manufacturing Plant in Brisbane (where Orange Slice is produced), but because it’s perfect with a cup of tea!
