1. What factors motivated your decision to join Campbell Arnott’s?

I was looking for opportunities to grow and learn, to advance my engineering career and make a contribution to a great company, I found all this and more at Campbell Arnott’s.

2. How do you feel valued at Campbell Arnott’s?

At Campbell Arnott’s I am respected for the knowledge and skills I have and for the contribution I make, I feel valued by the people I work with. I have the freedom to try new ideas and to be innovative. Campbell Arnott’s provide regular feedback on my performance and I am also acknowledged for outstanding achievements.

3. How have you made a difference to our organisation in the past twelve months?

I was responsible for a project to upgrade one of our cracker lines. The projects greatest asset was a strong cross functional team that was motivated to produce extraordinary results.

The project was an outstanding success and the new machinery is now exceeding targeted output. The team received an award in recognition of the project, and acknowledgement for the contribution we made to business results.

4. Which of Campbell Arnott’s icon brands would you like a lifetime supply of?

Caramel Crowns. I love milk chocolate and caramel, and the soft texture of Caramel Crowns make it hard to stop at one.
