What's the recruitment process?

Our recruitment process varies from role to role. Generally, a Talent Acquisition Advisor will arrange a phone interview with candidates who meet the role’s eligibility criteria. You’ll then be interviewed by the hiring manager for the role and for some roles, you may be asked to complete a practical case study and / or medical check. After that, we’ll do behavioural testing and reference checks before making a formal offer. 


How long will the recruitment process take?

It's hard to predict. However, we aim to keep you informed throughout all stages. We do appreciate the time you invest in our recruitment process and try to operate as efficiently and effectively as possible.


How will I know if I'm not selected for a first interview?

We'll let you know by email if we decide not to progress with your application.


What can I expect from the interview?

We like to keep interviews as relaxed as possible, but you can expect our questions to be challenging. We take a behavioural based interview approach so take some time to think about specific examples that demonstrate your experience.


I am coming in for an interview, what should I wear?

We recommend that you wear business clothes.
