1. What factors motivated your decision to join Campbell Arnott’s?

The role was exactly what I was looking for at the time and throughout the recruitment process I was continuously told that if I proved myself, opportunities would be presented to me. The fact that Campbell Arnott’s has some of the strongest brands in the marketplace was also was a major influence, and of course the fact that I grew up eating Arnott’s biscuits and Campbell’s soups!

2. How do you feel valued at Campbell Arnott’s?

Everyone has a voice in the organisation, and people are encouraged to have their say – your opinion always seems to count. There is always a genuine interest in who you are, not just about what work you do. I have also been given many opportunities to learn and grow which also demonstrates that the business cares about me as a person and values my input.

3. How have you made a difference to our organisation in the past twelve months?

I have made a difference through empowering our employees to work in line with the Campbell’s Leadership Model. I have also contributed to the culture of Campbell Arnott’s, and helped to make our workplace one where people feel valued and proud of their work.

4. Which of Campbell Arnott’s icon brands would you like a lifetime supply of?

Chicken Crimpys! I love them. As a child, a teenager and even now, they are my Shapes of choice. I love them on their own, with dips, cheese, or even with a bit of tomato on top!
