1. What factors motivated your decision to join Campbell Arnott’s

Like most Australians, I have had a passion for the products for as long as I can remember. So the chance to work for one of Australia’s icon companies during a time of significant change was compelling. The route to market project involved significantly altering the way we had done business with our customers for over 100 years and represented a truly exciting challenge.

2. How do you feel valued at Campbell Arnott’s?

I am fortunate to have contact with so many areas of the business and always feel that my opinion counts.

3. How have you made a difference to our organisation in the past twelve months?

I am lucky to lead a great team that has achieved many significant milestones in the past year including the commissioning of the new warehouse in Virginia, completing the move of Metcash into central warehouse and executing a number of Ti Hi changes that delivered significant savings to the company. We also extended our program of delivering orders directly from the source of manufacture to customer’s interstate RDC’s. This is a difficult task to coordinate but has significant benefits for both us and the customer.

4. Which of Campbell Arnott’s icon brands would you like a lifetime supply of and why?

This is like being asked to choose between your children!!! (Although on some days that can be relatively easy). But if I must choose, I would have to say Monte Carlo. I can’t resist taking them apart and licking off the cream and jam.
