1. What factors motivated your decision to join Campbell Arnott’s?

The idea of working for a truly iconic company motivated me to join Campbell Arnott’s. I am really proud to tell people that I work for Arnott’s Biscuits and Campbell’s soup – everyone I tell has a favourite product or a story to share!

2. How do you feel valued at Campbell Arnott’s?

At Campbell Arnott’s I am given the support and encouragement to do what I do best everyday. We are given regular feedback on our performance and we spend a lot of time focusing on further development and career progression. While I am not directly involved in the creation and distribution of our products I know my contribution is important to our success.

3. How have you made a difference to our organisation in the past twelve months?

I’m currently working on one of the most significant change projects undertaken in our 145 year history. I am the technical lead in the project. In this role, my team is responsible for designing and implementing the IT infrastructure that is a pre-requisite for the business transformation.

4. Which of Campbell Arnott’s icon brands would you like a lifetime supply of?

My favourite product is definitely the Tim Tam Crush Mint Crisp – they are delicious; however; I honestly don’t think you can beat an Arnott’s Water Cracker with some nice cheese and a drop of red!
