1. What factors motivated your decision to join Campbell Arnott’s?
When I was graduating, I was keen to work for a multi-national organisation in which I would gain exposure to best practice, and work for Managers with a wealth and breadth of experience. Campbell Arnott’s has met both of these desires, plus a whole lot more than I could have ever imagined.

My ideas and opinions have always been taken into consideration and valued by those I have worked with. I can make a difference daily in my areas of responsibility.
3. How have you made a difference to our organisation in the past twelve months?
The HR team at Virginia has implemented new and revised safety programs and redesigned the layout of our processes to make our bakery a safer place to work for our employees.
4. Which of Campbell Arnott’s icon brands would you like a lifetime supply of?
Chocolate Wheaten - because the base biscuit is healthy, I can convince myself that the whole biscuit must be good for me, and therefore I can eat as many as I want.
