1. What factors motivated your decision to join Campbell Arnott’s?
Working for a business with such iconic brands! My kids love Arnott’s products, and coming from a Sri Lankan background, even my parents back at home recognise and love Tim Tams!
I was particularly pleased with my decision to join Campbell Arnott’s when my five year old son came home from school beaming one day and said, “Mum, Daniel brought Tiny Teddy’s for recess today. I told him that these were made in my Mum’s company”.
2. How do you feel valued at Campbell Arnott’s?
The work / life flexibility I am offered and the friendly team environment makes me feel valued at Campbell Arnott’s.
The introduction of Sunshine Friday during summer allows me to spend more quality time with my family and is another way Campbell Arnott’s shows me I am valued.
3. How have you made a difference to our organisation in the past twelve months?
Campbell Arnott’s is on the verge of a major change implementation project, one of the most significant projects in our company’s 145 year history. In preparation for this, I have had to make some changes to our existing processes, in conjunction with our US counterparts and effectively communicate this to the rest of the business. These changes have been successfully tested and implemented.
4. Which of Campbell Arnott’s icon brands would you like a lifetime supply of?
At the top of my list would be Chocolate Scotch Fingers. They melt in your mouth, and are absolutely delicious.
