The company encourages me to go beyond my comfort zone, while at the same time offering the support needed to make sure I get the job done and grow as an individual.

3. How have you made a difference to our organisation in the past twelve months?

I have been the main hand behind setting up a monitoring platform for all our computing systems. This has allowed us to proactively fix problems instead relying on users to report them to us.

4. Which of Campbell Arnott’s icon brands would you like a lifetime supply of?
