1. What factors motivated your decision to join Campbell Arnott’s?

I wanted to work for a multi-national company which had iconic brands and valued the employees that worked for the organisation.

In the three years I have been with Campbell Arnott’s, I have found it be an organisation which values it employees. This can be seen by the company’s structured people processes, focus on employee engagement, reward and recognition, and opportunities for employee buy-in.

2. How do you feel valued at Campbell Arnott’s?

I feel valued at Campbell Arnott’s everyday….whether it be through being involved in cross functional project teams, or employees taking the time to come and have a conversation with me. Campbell Arnott’s is a rewarding place to work and a place I enjoy coming to every day!

3. How have you made a difference to our organisation in the past twelve months?

Over the past 12 months, I have been given the opportunity to engage with employees in the corridor of care process, which ensures our employees safety, and that they go home the same way they came to work.

4. Which of Campbell Arnott’s icon brands would you like a lifetime supply of?

Mint Slice is my favourite – I love the taste of the dark chocolate with the mint cream… it sends my taste buds wild!!
