The Typical Recruitment Experience

At Campbell Arnott's we take a candidate centred approach, that means, we offer you every opportunity through out the recruitment process to do your best, ultimately, we want you to succeed and become part of our team.

Our interviews are structured so that we can assess your skills and experience against the Campbell Leadership Model. And we utilise behaviour based interview questions as our preferred selection method.

Behavioural interviewing is a process we use to identify the best candidate for a role based on the match between the job requirements, organisational and job fit and the individual candidateís background. It is based on the concept that your past behaviour is the best predictor of your future performance at Campbell Arnottís.
